Off - shore Development:
In case of an off - shore project, the client sends us
the specification of the Project along with the documentation
of standards, specifications, development methodology,
etc. Then MS Technology, Inc.'s team studies the document
and prepares a list of clarifications, questions and suggestions.
Once all the required information is processed and accepted
by both the Client and us, the development work starts
at our Development Center in New Delhi, India. |

Off - shore
advantage
MS Technology, Inc. has an extensive Off - shore Development
infrastructure in India. This state - of - the - art infrastructure
is designed to take advantage of the high productivity
and scalability as well as the relatively lower cost of
Software Development in India. The Research and Development
Center at New Delhi is linked to our US and German office
by high - speed leased lines. |

Types of Projects that can
be executed
i) Projects of
on - going nature: These projects are of Maintenance
and/or Production Support nature. These projects have
fixed resource requirements and are usually charged on
Time and Material basis.
ii) Projects
of one - off nature: These projects are of Re-engineering
and/or Migration Development nature. These projects have
wide varying resource requirements over the various stages
of the development process. These projects are usually
charged on fixed cost basis (with provision for change
requests).

Time and Material Based Service
MS technology, inc. can help you by formulating a Team
of Offshore Engineers/System Analysts, who will work as
an extension of your Team that you manage. In this case
we would not charge you on a Fixed Price basis for the
Project, but will simply offer a hourly/monthly rate for
the expertise provided. Our Team will work off - shore
on a Time and Material basis, just as they would work
on - site. The Off - shore Team would complete the task
assigned by you within a mutually determined timeframe.
If we take more time than that agreed on, it will NOT
be charged to the Client. |

Fixed Fee based Service
MS Technology, Inc. takes up projects in Re-engineering,
Conversion, Customized Solutions, Legacy Software Maintenance
Support and New Development on a Fixed Price basis.
Off - shore services at Fixed Price with payments linked
to deliverables are available at very attractive rates.
i) Off - shore Development using a Communication/Internet
Link: MS technology, Inc. can connect directly
to your On - site Server using an internet link. A link
is an excellent option for large on - going projects.
There is a fixed monthly cost involved in maintaining
the link. We may propose to have one or more on - site
people for project co-ordination and development of
complex modules.
In case of Off - shore Agreement, there would be NO
On - site Team/Visit. Also, the client will be responsible
for conducting Software testing and implementation.
ii) Off-shore Development with Temporary/Floating/Permanent
On - site Team: In this format initially key
Team members visit your site and work closely with you
to complete the requirement/high level design phase.
The information gathered determines whether our Team
partially or fully relocates to off - shore for design
and development. If one or more Engineer is recommended
due to complexity of the project, initial requirements
not clearly defined, then your need to co - ordinate
with our New Delhi Office is eliminated. The off - shore
team leaves with first hand knowledge of your business
in which some may return for the User Acceptance phase.
Next the complete Off - shore team including the Quality
Assurance Group is solidified. Per project schedule,
deliverables will be submitted for you review and feedback.
You would get a formal weekly status report. Information
regarding the project will be exchanged with you almost
several times daily.
